Aldersgate House is a licensed commercial kitchen featuring a best-in-class kitchen team, committed to service, and providing mission-based jobs.
While it doesn't use produce from SA's edible garden, egk shops local and organic whenever possible. All menu development is seasonal in order to lower carbon-emissions and create sustainable practices around food sourcing. egk's pre-order model allows us to maximize yield and eliminate unnecessary food-waste.
